Need someone with video editing skills

Hi,

I have this very low quality video, it is very pixelated and the image definition and colors are very poor. So, I wonder if any of you could edit it and improve it for me.

I can't do it, because I don't have the hardware capable of doing such a task and I don't have the knowledge to do it either.

If anyone is interested in helping me with this, I can send you a download link for the file via PM; I would also be happy to reward you in some way.

And yes, I know websites like the one you suggested, but there's no way I can enhance the vid online; for instance, I've tried to do it in your site but a got an error: "file is to big".

What my video needs it's to be proccess with a suite like Vegas or something like that, but my PC can't handle it.

You should invest in a new PC. Mine is not advanced at all. Its a $300 or $400 HP from Walmart. 8 gb memory I think.

Why didn't I think of something like that? You are so brilliant; I mean, any reasonable person would discard their current computer (even though it works perfectly fine), to buy another one just to enhance a glamour video. But let me ask you another question: what planet are you from?
