The best I can remember is, the guy (main character) might have been in New Orleans (not for sure though) but he seemed to be the loner-type. And I also seem to remember he was always getting pooped on by pigeons. I saw this movie back in the mid 1970s, and for the life of me I can't remember the name of it.
