This is Kagney Linn Karter. Not a good screenshot but yes it is her. She did do interracial scenes at Evil Angel, Dark-X, Zero Tolerance / Third Degree Films, Throated, Reality Junkies, Dogfart / Blacks-On-Blondes and at Jules Jordan. However, she also did scenes at brothalovers.com too. I'm guessing that this is where that scene is. Now if you can get a confirmation of the male co-star you could probably get this brothalovers.com scene.
Tineye comes back with nothing on your picture above. As for the other reliable reverse search engine, Yandex, I've seen snips of this scene at other places on the web. Either a 1:28 snip or a 2:34 snip. They don't identify Kagney Linn Karter or who this guy is.
