I was a tired, mean old curmudgeon yesterday.
I've been working long hours (and will for the forseeable future) and my shifts are at bizzare times. Days, evenings, nights - 8 hours and 12s.
The house looks like utter crap - far too many projects that need to be done have not been done. I've just been putting them off and putting them off because of other crises that keep developing (***'s employment, ********'s graduation and school hunt, ***'s worsening health).
I miss not having my **** around at home. The metal in the various parts of my body (courtesy of the NVA) have been acting up more. My sore shoulder from an old motorcycle accident has gotten worse - in short, I'm getting old and not liking it! :*****:
A friend came over the other day and he was complaining about the fact that his wife is a nag.
My darling wife never nags me. She is supremely considerate and patient with me.
How do I thank her? I certainly don't deserve her!
