OK Dont get me wrong here, But it seems like most of the people on this board think that the 4 banger engines out there are weak and that you need a big ass V8 to have any speed, Well i'm sorry but that is not the case. I mean come on, my *** has a '68 Cougar with a 302 and my *** has a '66 mustang with a 289 and my little civic keeps up quite nicely. Truthfully, it's not about the car, it's ALL about the driver. I love the old muscle cars, but why dont people give the newer cars the cridit they are due. My civic SI puts out 160 hp and gets 30 mpg. I'd like to see any V8 do that!
