I want to suggest that the VS threads are moved to the games & stuff forum and specifically to the post games forum.
These threads lead to no discussion at all and are in fact little more (well, no more) that popularity contests and/or a comparison of tastes.
Another reason is there are (nearly) infinite options to make new threads, which clutters the general talk forum. The only positive part in this is that every single thread only has a very short life span.
