Movie with 3 parts; hungarian nicole, prostitute and surfer and his girl

Hi, I'm looking for a movie. Movie consists of 3 parts. In first part is scene, where gir (I think that her name is Nicole and she's from Hungary, byt not suggest too much please) wants to go to school, and she is talking with director of school and hi's secretary. Girl (Nicole I think) has short hair and pink painties. The second part is about man who calls girl by phone ( if I remenber well, she is prostitute but i'm not shure). Third part is about surfer and his girl. Has anybody know this movie?
