Bailey Brooks stopped shooting in 2012, I believe.
Alicia Rhodes hasn't shot for years, if I'm not mistaken.
Alley Baggett's site is still active, but just recycles old content last I saw.
Ashley Long is "long" gone as far as I know.
Austin Kincaid has been out of the biz since 2009 or 2010.
BiBi Jones and Kirsten Price are difficult to classify. BiBi retired, then re-entered the biz, but has been on hiatus while pregnant. Kirsten Price didn't retire as far as I know, but has been on hiatus as well for the same reason. No way of knowing whether they'll return.
Breanne Benson was active very recently, but then officially called it quits & moved to Dubai.
Brooke Belle & Charley Chase are retired.
Brooke Banner...difficult to say. I think her Puba site is active, but she's pretty much moved on with school & family taking precedence. (she may still escort, but that's not really relevant)
The Cindy Crawford listed is none other than THE supermegamodel Cindy Crawford. If the porn Cindy Crawford is intended, I'm pretty sure she's retired.
I have a hard time believing Danielle Derek is still active. Same for Diamond Kitty, Devon Michaels and Diamond James.
Eva Angelina is another one that's difficult to classify. She is retired, but could come back at any time. She's done it several times before for various reasons. She feature dances, on occasion.
Eve Laurence occasionally releases long-ago filmed scenes on her site, but for all intents & purposes has left the building.
Francine Dee officially announced her retirement in her very own FO thread about a year or so ago.
Haley Cummings has a C4S store that was last updated in 2012, but has really fallen off the map.
Jenna Jameson...who knows, but I don't think the comeback really took off.
Jenny Poussin is still kind of active in that she takes the occasional fitness modeling job, and is a frequent (i.e., weekly) feature dancer all over North America. I love Jenny and correspond with her often via e-mail so of course I'd love to see her do well in this contest, but I'm trying to be fair here and I'm not sure these things qualify her as active.
Jewell Marceau...I don't believe so.

I really don't think Katie Summers is active, but she's gone back and forth so many times in various capacities in the industry that it's almost impossible to say.
Lela Star...not really unless you count escorting, and even that could just be rumor.
Lexi Stone had a brief but (in my mind) illustrious career, which has unfortunately been over for several years. She's trying to make it as a singer now, if I recall.
Don't know enough to say whether Lily LaBeau and Lizz Tayler are still active, but I haven't heard anything from or about them in a long time.
Pretty sure Misty Anderson has moved on.
Monica Sweetheart...I really don't think so.
Nikki Sexx - maybe, but awfully quiet of late.
Noelle Easton has some pretty serious health issues, and probably won't be back. Although she recently started communicating with fans again on Twitter and wants to return if her health stabilizes, it doesn't look good.
Rebeca Linares really has moved on as far as I can tell.
Unless someone has some specific info to the contrary, I think it's fair to say Sienna West, Sophia Lomelei and Sophia Santi don't shoot anymore, though they may still be "around" in various ways.
Stephani Moretti didn't stay in the industry long. According to her comments on another forum that shall not be named, she just couldn't make a go of it in adult.
Tia Ling is retired.
Alanah Rae & Melissa Lauren are retired.
Tori Black still does cam stuff and makes appearances, but doesn't shoot actual porn any longer, does she?
Priya Rai came out of retirement a few months ago, but I for one don't expect it to last long.
It's anyone's guess whether Trina Michaels is active in adult any longer. I don't think so, but...
Tricia Oaks, Trisha Uptown and Tyler Faith...man I really don't think so.

Amber Lynn Bach & Kelly Klass...I really don't see how they could still be active.
Unfortunately, this is a pretty long list. Moreover, these are only the ones I personally know something about, and as we all know, with the prevalence of recycled content, delayed releases and retirements & comebacks, it's almost impossible to classify a star as active or inactive. But I'd be willing to bet more than half the ones I named really aren't active. I'm sure I will stand corrected on several, however.
A few other pretty major stars that haven't yet been added include: Gracie Glam (just started shooting again -- A LOT), Brianna Brooks, Jamie Lynn (who was very active in 2013 and, until just recently, in 2014, but is taking a break), Bianca Breeze, Alison Tyler, AJ Applegate, Alexis Grace, Kimberly Kane and Paris Kennedy.
Tara Tainton consistently has one of the highest rated stores on C4S, so she should probably be added. Erin Marxxx just started shooting again, at least a little. If being an active Cam girl and producing your own C4S content qualifies, Lacie James deserves to be added. Molly Jane is a super hot Lil Newbie that deserves to be added. Also Sasha Foxxx, Jade Indica, Ryder Skye, Shyla Stylez...gosh there are tons!
Sadie Dazzle is another one that's listed twice.

Raylene, Samantha Ryan and Giselle Leon were all active very recently in 2014, but all of them definitively announced they were done. To be clear, none of them are currently entered, but I'm suggesting they could be depending on how one looks at their recent activity vis-a-vis their current status. I suppose the extremely recent activity could be construed as sufficient to warrant their entry in MFO, but technically they are all retired. Raylene even sold her Twitter account to some studio I've never heard of.
