Okay, I know this thread has a little dust on it, but I was just wondering - Where is the outrage for Miley Cyrus, age 17, dating Liam Hemsworth, age 19.
Is that not wrong in the eyes of her parents and maybe the law?
I don't petend to say that they are rutting, but if my daughter were to go out with an adult, I'd not let that happen. I also know girls do date older guys, but her being so famous, is this not showing her fan base - adolescent girls mostly - a bad example.
I guess I'm old school.

I clearly remember the 16-20 age span as being an akward time. The thing is, no one else thought it was akward at all and went ahead and did what they wanted. 19 dating 17 isn't a problem for me, though.

The high school years were a little odd in general. A senior had my gf before I fell head over heels in love with her and remember thinking he was kind of a perv for messing with her. Hindsight it doesn't look as bad as it did then.
