Metal Album of 2013

What is your favorite metal album of the year? I'm between Carcass: Surgical Steel and Amon Amarth: Deceiver of the Gods.

The new Carcass album is tight, crunchy, and great production. Amon Amarth is just big, over the top, and a wall of sound.

10. Aerosmith: Angel

This would be the best or worst metal album of 2013.

I know most will dis the shit out of this selection, but this was the BEST Metal album of the year....every song was epic.
A tremendous leap for these guys...I wasn't a fan til I heard this record.

Not sure that I'd consider it metal, but Devin Townsend's last album Epicloud was incredible. Just an all around great album
