I don't there is any need to worry about this - we all have our preferences when it comes to what we like in women and I don't believe all women will be fat in the future.
Most have their girlfriends or wives anyway - if they don't, they may still choose a woman who is a little bigger or a lot bigger because it's what they like.

2238, we or our kids and gran kids will never see it so why worry about it. it's like them damn Eco green people,"oh save the planet for future generations", Why so my great-great-great- grandkids can enjoy it, they won;t be like Oh this tree was saved by my great-great-great grandfather.
No they won't say that. But when there is air to breathe, and food to eat, they will be able to live a comfortable life. But who would want that? Not you apparently.

Nope which is why I'll never trade my pick up in for a Pirius.
I know that I won't be there to see it, but I truly would like to believe I did something, anything to help preserve the planet for my children and their children, and so on. I have 3 kids of my own.
