I'm tired of this steroid fiasco. What are they going to do, cancel baseball and bring up minor league players?

At this point I would be more surprised by who hasn't used such things than who has.Think it it rampant and widespread in sports and has been for long time.Those home run records (Bonds,McGuire etc) among other records are tainted and not comparable to the old timers like Aaron,Ruth,Maris,Mantel,Mays.

If Griffey is on steroids he's doing it wrong.
He was a benchwarmer and we don't need that on the Reds.
People keep saying steroids and juicing, however MLB has not said that. They said he suspended for using a banned substance. I would not be surprised if it was something to do with his ADD. Of course I wouldn't be shocked if it was steroids either.

Grrrr... the sad state of the game... at least it's still fun to play, I don't know if I'll ever go back.
They should make a parallel professional baseball league just for players who are clean. That way, if you want to see the game played as it should be you can watch that league, and if you want to see steroid monstrocities playing you can watch MLB. :2 cents:

He wasn't suspended for Steroids or HGH, he was suspended for taking a drug that stimulates testosterone and it happened to be on the banned substances list. Maybe he was having erectile dysfunction.:dunno:

He didn't test positive for steriods. He tested positive for a substance that's often used as part of a program to treat ED.
or maybe he was trying to boost up his testosterone level so he wouldn't get caught with steriod.....we will never find out the real reason for him taking those pills :dunno:
