Manage attachement problem

I try to upload new pics from my computer but there's this error :


[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2text = "Error #2038"]


I can insert online old pics tht I have already uploaded, but I can't upload news.

Can you help me please ?
