MANILA, Philippines – In a fit of anger after a quarrel with his girlfriend, a young man cut off his penis in Sultan Kudarat town in Shariff Kabunsuan province Sunday night, a radio dzRH report said late Monday.
The 21-year-old man, whose identity was withheld by police, went home angry after a spat with his girlfriend. He went to his room with a ***** and cut off his penis.
