Looking to upgrade my DSLR

I recently upgraded my computer workstation and now I'm shopping around to replace my ten year old Canon 12mp digital camera. Recently I was on the phone with a lady from Minnesota that was fundraising for the DNC and she suggested Premium Link Upgrade and there are some really astounding deals on there, any FreeOnes photographers with similar deal-getting websites to share would be greatly appreciated.
