I found it on a discord server picture. I tried some reverse image search but no success, including resizing it. I tried the reverse image site CatFish, it found 35 results but need memebership to see the results...
Using google lens, it found the same image but also the picture of another discord server named "Lesh" I tried to join it to see if anyone could give me a info about who she is but the invite link is dead.

I tried to join and ask for the owner of the server who she or at least give me the full size picture so I could try to look myself but the captcha bot never loads for me... if you want you could try.
