Looking for a costume for my girlfriend

So my girlfriend found this Robin costume on reddit. She really wants to get it for Halloween but she, nor I, can find it anywhere online for purchasing. Just wondering if anyone on here may have seen it, or knows where I can find it. Any information would be much appreciated by her and myself. Thank you.
