As far as I know, the XBiz and AVN Awards are not open to the public. And if that speech was around, no one would have it. It belongs to Xbiz and it is private. It wouldn't be available.
However, snippets of it might be around. Did you try their Twitter feeds at the time? They had a Twitter feud going for almost a year. Lisa Ann even tried to get an order of protection against Nikki Benz. But in all honesty, I think they both did it as a publicity stunt to get more Twitter followers because Lisa Ann put up two photo galleries and two videos of Nikki Benz at her website, thelisaann.com at the time when they were apparently fighting. The photo galleries (four galleries; two parts each) were of Nikki Benz solo and hardcore with Manuel Ferrara. Along with the accompanying videos. The pictures of Nikki have Lisa Ann's website logo on them. If they were really fighting, Lisa Ann wouldn't have even allowed Nikki's pictures to be uploaded to her website.

Here are two pictures of Nikki Benz (the solo gallery consists of 154 pictures) ... These were uploaded to the Lisa Ann website during April and May of 2015.
The XBiz Awards ceremony took place in mid January 2015 on January 16, 2015.
The Twitter feud started in late December 2014 on or about December 22, 2014.
Like I said this was a publicity stunt on Twitter to get both of them more followers. As for the order of protection, Lisa Ann talked about it. However you can't post that to Twitter. So unless it was actually filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court system, it's highly doubtful that the order of protection exists.
