It looks like the beginning of a typical hardcore porno plot where the guy "picks up" a girl on the street or beach, but I suppose it could be from a racy cable dating/"reality" show or something.

Thanks, that's indeed what it was, and I was able to find the whole scene as well. They promote her as "Isa" in the video, and she is very cute throughout.

However, I still can't really identify her... there are like a zillion Latina pornstars who call themselves Isabella, Isa, Issa, etc. I'd like to see her in other videos.
