Kids of Sex Tape 'Stars' May Pay Price for Parents' Performance

LOS ANGELES – Appearing in a homemade sex tape has helped line the bank accounts and enhance the “careers” of celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Kendra Wilkinson and, perhaps next, Heidi Montag.

But with most starlets eventually settling down with spouses and children, is it their future kids who will suffer most from their current actions?

“Many times young people have no concept of the future," explained Los Angeles-based psychologist, Nancy Irwin. "They live in the moment, thinking 10 years down the road is eternity, they simply can’t see that far.”

If they just opened a magazine or turned on the TV, they could easily see what future potential family problems lay ahead.

Pamela Anderson recently admitted on British television that she was scared the time had come for her to explain the tape with ex-husband Tommy Lee to her children.

These stars' careers have all been rocked by raunchy video scandals. Troubled country crooner Mindy McCready spent a good part of 2010 fighting porn video producer Vivid Entertainment over the release of her homemade tape with a mystery man, knowing that her now four-year-old son would “grow up and Google one day.”

And Kendra Wilkinson tearily bemoaned a sex tape with an old boyfriend that came out in 2010 while she was pregnant with her current religious, football player boyfriend's baby.

"When faced with explaining these tapes to children later on, many blame their reckless youth and advise/hope that their own children will not do the same," Irwin continued. "It can go either way: the kids are mortified and humiliated by what their parents did and resent them for it; others model the same behavior.”

That's kind of what I was thinking. I don't think the sex tape thing is what will make these kids screwed up as they mature. It's the fact that their genes are polluted by moronic parents. I don't know who half these attention whores are, but once you read a blurb about one of them, they never seem the least bit normal... or very intelligent. Stupid, screwed up people tend to have stupid, screwed up kids. Isn't that just how nature works?

Let's say Kim Kardashian eventually squirts out a pup. Will it be her sex tape that will send him into therapy by the time he's 13... or that Kim will probably leave him on top of her Range Rover a dozen or more times while she's driving around L.A.? :dunno:

Actually, it's natural for kids to feel repulsed by the thought of their parents doing the wild thing. Physchatrists and psychologists say this as well I'm pretty sure.

It's not so much about sex not being a natural thing and beautiful and glorious. It's more about these kids have to go to school with other kids and one day some kid in class is going to talk about how he saw his mom on the internet sucking on some guy [or guys] dick, getting white stuff shot all up on her face, having a woody put inside of her in many different positions, the man with his face between her legs and his tongue doing things they never imagined could happen -- and then the child goes home, asks mommy about what he heard about in school.

It's one thing for a child to accidentally walk in on the parents making love. It's another thing when mommy and/or daddy has a sex tape where they are doing things a child 1) shouldn't be exposed to and 2) have no idea about and completely warps the mindset of what they think about mommy and/or daddy.

It has nothing at all to do about sex being disgusting and dirty. It has to do about the child and having to grow up with a parent that has a sex tape, doing sexual things galore in it for the world to see and for free download or streaming site.

Not to mention when the child grows up to be a teenager. Imagine how as a teenager how many times they will throw the sex tape mistake in the parent's face to get what they want in life.
