New to me (however, I've said that many times before and have been proven wrong).
Anyone know her? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
Also, in the background there are some placards inscribed in a language I do not recognize. It would be great if someone could identify that language, and therefore, presumably, the nation from which this photo-set had been shot (I do know as a fact that it is not the People's Republic of Hamtramck).
