I didn't actually mean it as a good feeling... There are lots of beautiful women who do porn and I appreciate them for what they do but by being strictly a nude model Jelena stood out. Rereading this interview she gave to freeones.com seven months ago in which she talks about knowing her own limits and sticking to them and expressing some concern that doing hardcore might have deleterious effects on her personal life, it's shocking (and a little upsetting to me) to see her do such an about face.

There are so many stereotypes that go along with this business and it really does sadden me that some of my fans are so quick to include me in those stereotypes. I didn't do an about face. I was already shooting content at the time I did the Freeones interview. I kept this secret until the day it launched, like most girls do that are going to make a big change, especially when their website is concerned. I didn't even tell any of my friends...I wanted it to be a big surprise! Yes...I didn't do hardcore before because I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay in the adult business the rest of my life. If I wanted to leave and get a completely different career, then I could possibly cause some roadblocks by doing hardcore. But in the past year, I've realized that I'm most likely not going to be leaving the business. I run my own site and am starting to pick up some other sites, namely I'm working on Aria Giovanni's new members area as I'm going to start running her site. I also work as a photographer in the biz...I've been one of the staff photographers for PinupGlam.com for years. I'm not just a model. I enjoy being a webmaster and shooting girls so I now see myself staying in this business.

So why not do boy/girl on my site? My fans want to see it and I'm completely comfortable with it. I'm going to be shooting it on my terms and with who I want to shoot with. I've never had an interest in shooting for all the companies in the biz with random guys and I won't be doing that in the future either. Has nothing to do with the recession or being coerced into it. If it was about the money I would be shooting for every major company out there because I've been asked to. But that's not what I want to do. So yes, I'm still sticking to my limits and doing what I'm comfortable doing. I've done softcore for so many years and now I want to try something new. It's a new chapter in my career.

Considering that her boyfriend and the person that she's going to be working with is Sunny Leone's old boyfriend it makes me wonder if he has something to do with it. I wouldn't doubt it at all.

(A little off topic, but if she really has been shooting this stuff for a while now, like she has said, does that mean she has been working with him from just after Sunny and him broke up. That would be a little strange since [I don't have any inside information or anything, it's just what I heard.] one of the supposed reasons for the breakup was that his family didn't like him being in a relationship with a pornstar or something like that. For the record I wasn't taking any sides. I don't assume one side more right than the other without information backing it up. I was just speculation on what I have heard.


Unlike a lot of the people in the industry at least it seems like you have thought this through. I'm still not sure if I would consider it a good decision or not, but it's not my career. You're also not some noob to the adult industry so I will give you the benefit of the doubt, and of course I hope everything works out for you. I just hope it's not something you regret doing in a few years, especially with the way the adult industry seems to be struggling right now. Being successful for the long haul is a difficult thing to do in the industry, and at some point the new car smell will wear off on the novelty of you going hardcore to your casual fans out there. I wish you well.

Jelena, you've been my favorite model since I first saw you on Danni.com six years ago. A couple of years ago I even sent you a petsmart gift card for your birthday (the thank you card you sent back was awesome by the way).
