Japanese porn extras

I just finished watching Dandy 079 and one thing I couldn't get over was the set up. They are obviously on a real plane and surrounded by real people (who don't seem to be porn actors). How can they get away with this? I doubt they are really renting a complete plane, sounds like a lot of trouble and where do they get the extras? Some of them try to hide with sunglasses and hoodies but some of them blatantly show their face in front of the camera. Japanese porn never ceases to amaze me..
