Is this site legal?

I was browsing pictures today and found one of an adult looking girl. I did a google image search of the pictures URL and one result took me to a site called jailbaitslap. I am freaked out because I wasn't trying to look at anything illegal. I looked at the legal notice and it said it was in compliance with us laws. I just want to make sure I don't go to prison for an honest mistake. Anyone know about this?

same thing happened to a friend of mine. feds busted down his door a couple of days later after a full investigation cause he clicked on the same site on accident.

last i heard he was still in the can.

I'm going to act like I know that was a joke, even though the .1% chance it isn't still is discomforting. I guess reading these http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-9899151-38.html will make you worry more than you should. I guess its just that that would be a horrible stigma to have as a sex offender for child porn when the whole thing was an accident. But thanks for all the sarcasm guys. It showed me that most people here see it as nothing to worry about
