[SOLVED] Is this Lexi Belle?(Batman XXX)

The IMDB and Google Searches come up as Lexi Belle as Bat Girl. The girl in the Gif doesn't look like Lexi IMHO, and he hair certainly doesn't match the Screencaps of Lexi in the movie. She has long blonde curly hair, vs straight red in the GIF. Does anyone know where the GIF is from if it isn't Lexi?
