I'm sure it's possible, but I highly doubt that the video in question is real. There are certain drugs that can enhance or help in lactation or breastfeeding, and some women can go through hormonal changes in which lactation may occur, but I highly doubt it's as much as in that video.

I had trouble getting the video in the OP to play (having some internet issues today). But from what little I could see, it's possible for a woman to auto express without having her breasts touched or stimulated. I don't know that it has anything (specifically) to do with having sex though. And when lactating, it's apparently pretty common for women to "leak", just going through their normal day-to-day activities - especially if they've missed a feeding or pumping. My assistant at a previous job had a baby and was breast feeding. When we went on a two day, out of town assignment, she wasn't able to breast feed and she didn't bring her breast pump. And during a meeting, she had to quickly excuse herself because she began leaking. Even with the absorbent pads she used, it became pretty apparent what happened to her. It wasn't funny, as she was a nice person and this really embarrassed her.

Once a woman begins lactating, especially if she produces a lot of milk, the milk has to go somewhere. Pressure builds up and it will/can spray out. There's a site called Lactation Fantasy which has several videos showing auto expression/spraying/leaking/dripping. And back in the 80's, Hyapatia Lee did a lactation video where she did this - she stood with her hands down by her sides and the milk just sprayed from her boobs. I'd never seen such a thing when I watched that for the first time, so it was pretty fascinating to me. It's apparently not that unusual.

OK this excerpt suggestions that girl can auto-drip if they are overdue on nursing their babies. However, notice it is dripping, not oozing out like a fountain. It is fake. There are a number of other scenes on the DVD, and it is quite clear (especially the first scene) that they are fake. Very good make up, but not real.
