Safe? Probably, but I wouldn't suggest it. A majority of the software advertised on tv are full of ads and usually come with extra programs you'll probably install unknowingly. Besides, most of them also end up being nothing but trials in which you must purchase the full program to do what you set out to do in the first place. I would just go with CCleaner; it's free, safe, and easy to use. If you need a defragger too I'd go with either Auslogics or SmartDefrag.
