I think it's easier then normal to get a visa if you're a pornstar, a lot of pornstars manage it. The only one i know off that is having difficulty getting one in America is Aleska Diamond. It's a specialized occupation, so i think that has a lot to do with it. America is not too bad when it comes to people with specialized jobs, It's just if you got a regular job, that's when it's extremely difficult.

but they just take you through the motions.
More than likely they get a work visa, and probably not by telling them their job is going to be porn.
but as far as re-entry to and from your country of origin that takes a lot more.
