I have a question for everyone. Especially the admins because I would imagine that you guys would need to know all about U.S. porn laws. Any lawyers that are up to speed on these laws are also encouraged to speak up. If a website says "all models are 18 or older" or something similar, does that mean that I can continue surfing that website without breaking any ***** porn laws? Or are there other steps that I should take? Before anyone laughs or calls this stupid, let explain my concerns:
1. Theoretically, a website could say this and indeed have images that are ******* (even if the people are close to 18).
2. There could be loopholes that I am not aware of that could get me in trouble with the law.
I'm worried because I know breaking these laws means at least a few years in jail and a lifetime membership on the sex offenders list. One of my ******'s friends was also busted for ***** porn a couple of years ago. So I want to make sure that I am surfing for porn responsibly so my ****** does not deal with that pain again. These punishments would ruin the life of anyone and deservedly so. I just want to stay a law-abiding citizen and a free man. Thank you to anyone that can answer my questions.
