i recently had to have my xp re loaded into my cpu, since then when i try to access some web sites i have to go to the explorer bar and right click on it and click on allow blocked content, im also getting a message about "ceritficates" does anyone know where to adjust this its starting to be a pain in my ass!!! thanks in advance
