It's going to certified facilities. Some of it is staying here in Ohio, and some is going to other facilities. This happens all the time. I took contaminated dirt from an old paint factory, down to Lodi Ohio once. They have a special way of turning, watering, and aerating the soil until it's clean again. Who knows how many outside states have shipped contaminated soil or toxic waste to Ohio. Just about every state has places like this, you just never hear about them, until shit hits YOUR fan.
