Yeah, this might be a weird one. In the early 2000s there was a nude or topless adult model who was I think either Indian-American or Middle Eastern-American (possibly Canadian). She had dark skin and an athletic/fitness type build with breast implants. I read years later that she ****** away (possibly in a car accident, but I'm not sure.)
