I've been trying it for a month now. I screwed 5 inch wood blocks under the two legs at the head of my bed.
The first week I noticed that my knees were a bit sore, but that's just the body getting used to ******** at an incline, after the second week the soreness stopped.
I would usually **** up with a bit of a sore lower back, but after inclining my bed, I no longer have a sore back when I **** up.
It apparently has changed the lives of many people.
