My intership was in legal/tech/marketing for one of the Telcoms. One thing that baffled me was how successfully Comcast would argue they were not liable to the regulations of PUCs and other commissions but that telcoms should be. in other words, pay no attention to the man behind our curtain, but go rip those other guy's curtain down.
