Personally, I find it repulsive that the standard fine is only $200. I think that in it's self is a criminal act.
In my wrathful, **** filled opinion goes more like this.
Every last one of them should be required to donate every last penny of the profits from these investments, PLUS the initial out of cash for the investment, to a charity that benefits something, or someone in the United States. Like veterans, or the elderly. Charities that benefit *******, and ****** ********. As further punishment for their greed, there will be absolutely NO TAX DEDUCTIONS allowed for these charitable donations. Just the painful reminder that America is sick and tired of them getting fat off of a job, they should be doing on a volunteer basis, out of concern and pride for this country.
