I was talking to a mate from England the other day. He was taking a **** at an Irish co-worker. He conceded: Well if you've got to be from Ireland, then at least be from Kilkenney.
That got me thinking for a thread idea. So, this can be from your own country or state - as well as other places that you know about (and maybe why.).
So, if you've got to be from Italy, then be from Bologna. (Food, schools, shopping, location, history)
If you've got to be from Florida, then be from Miami. (City's flavor, weather, shopping)
