I'm afraid to say you wouldn't Dirk, as you can see by this picture my balls completely retracted back up inside me a long time ago. Leaving behind nothing but a blueish discolouration - almost like a rash. Yes they may pop out once in a while to say hello to the troops or during the Golden Girls marathon, but it's always just a passing acknowledgement that really isn't worth the wait.
