[SOLVED] Identifying a babe from a short video clip

Hi! I need help identifying the babe. The original 10s video clip came from 9gag via 9gag.com/gag/arV3mD7
Sadly, the comments on there weren't helpful.

I made two screenshots, from the first second and the last second each.

Tineye reverse image search came up empty.
Google reverse image search showed 3 results from 69gag.net, but that site seems offline.

Can anyone help?
