ID the face of this freckled redhead

All I have is a face...but I was struck when I saw her picture. Does anyone recognize her?

I saw the pic on some wallpaper sites with the name Melinda McGraw. I'm not sure if that's her name as the rest of the pics seemed quite different, but that pic is somewhat "glammed up", so it may be her.

I've seen it there, too, but I don't believe this is the same woman, glammed up or not. The Melinda McGraw I know of - the actress - doesn't have freckles. At least not noticable ones.
