Who ever she is, she's asking for trouble by leaning on that ladder like that, when one considers that it has obviously been "modified" with a blatant contempt for the numerous warnings posted by the manufacturer. The folding "braces" that otherwise would safely spread the two "legs" of the ladder are nowhere to be found, and instead replaced by a section of chain! The Occupational Safety and Health Administration would be opening up their citation book for this one--they can always use the money--but, to answer your question, no, I don't know who this pornstar is...sorry. :o

I think this is a good case for OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Association.

I also think there is serious, albeit, potential for her employeer to take disciplinary action and dismiss her before any possible legal action due to his/their negligence in this matter. By firing her before the fact of any accidental injury he might therefore try to circumvent his own liability, and further attempt to make a case that she was a "problem employee", or was unwilling to follow standard, known, industry safety procedures.

The question remains however, where are the rubber safety guards covering the metal parts of the ladder? Why isn't she wearing an industry standard hardhat to protect her against potential paint spills. Also, is she covered by a current company medical plan while involved in such dangerous work?

My impression is that the only reason she is allegedly so horny, is because she's being led into this dangerous photo session by the same employers promising her big advancement in her occupation who are also likely to terminate her at their convenience. :dunno:

Yes, it does appear she has been chained to the ladder, most likely to be forced to perform the unspeakable or actually is maybe being forced to, to, work! Note also the restraint hooks at the top of the device, positioned to administer maximum discomfort for some James Bond type foe's maximum satisfaction. I think as originally requested, it is now imperative that we identify this girl, be she horny or not, be she a real brunette or not.

Most likely a detailed report with this photo should be immediatey faxed to all law enforcement agencies and their SWAT teams, Interpol, the FBI, the CIA, Jack Bauer of CTU, and Boy Scout troops that might be camping in nearby areas.
