I need a good pop-up blocker thats free and wont freeze internet explorer

I have a pop up blocker now that on some pages that have pop ups the internet explorer will freeze up, then when I go back to teh same site and disable teh blocker the page goes fine.

So I need a good blocker that wont freeze my internet and that i can download for free. Thanks
