I didn't download the movie and it still took my points

If its possible I should get 25 points back.

I downloaded a movie for the first time no prob and the file was mp4.

then I downloaded a movie that was .flv and it didn't work.

so now I hit right click save target as so I can see the file type before i download.

turns out freeones takes the points. Can I get them back?
