Agree!

Thankyou, for agreeing with me.

The crime-punishment should be: They should be beheaded. I think, they should beheaded, and or push them off the Grand Canyon or either The Empire State Building. Just imagine falling all the way down, screaming at the top of your lungs, and saying ''I didn't mean to''.

I'm not going to listen to that crap, they knew what they were doing at that time period, and gang-raped that young girl. It's no excuses -

The crime laws in (United States) should be different. The (United States) crime crimes / punishments should be like the (Middle East). The
(Middle East) their crime laws / punishments are better than (United States).

Look at this article:

The Middle East: Crime Punishments / Crime Laws =
United States: Crime Punishments / Crime Laws = :(

Hopefully your emotions are clouding your judgment, and you realize that the United States of America isn't going to change its legal system (and Constitution) to mimic that of the fundamentalist Islamic world.

I just think the crime-punishment should be: They should be beheaded, their body parts: cut their legs off, their arms off, and foot, or maybe push them off the Grand Canyon or either The Empire State Building.

Wow....that's incredibly sadistic. The Spanish Inquisition could have used someone like you! Would you be the one willing do this to these perps personally or would you just delegate it to someone else who might be willing and sick enough to want to carry this extremely gruesome mission out on your behalf? And if you said "yes, I'll do it myself"....geezus, you are sicker than these monstrous bastards that carried out this crime.

I understand the outrage, the desire for retribution, etc....but let's get a grip, folks. This type of "revenge" does nothing to address the real issue. Let's bring these assholes to justice but don't sink below their level in the process.

Rey has it right here:

Rey has it right here:

How in the heck ''I'm fucking sicker'' ? I'm just speaking my opinion.
If you don't like it, I don't really care.

I think, it was rude of you, to even say that to me. Saying one of these monstrous bastards that carried out this crime, I'm nothing like them. I have to disagree with you, and these were cowards. I'm not that type of person, that would kill or be like this scumbags.

I just thought this would be a better crime punishment, that's what I express and my opinion.

You are sicker than these monstrous bastards that carried out this crime = Disagree

I'm not sicker, or anything you freakin said. I still can't believe you would think of me, as one of these people.

Poor choice of thread to click before I go to sleep... This shit is fucking terrible.

Good old America. My school didn't have any, didn't need em. Kids are fucked up.

Herr Rey C., you should change your name to egomaniac.

Why, thank you. I'll take that under advisement. What I'll do is look into the Latin version and get back to you with my decision.

See, let it not be said that I'm an unreasonable man. :hatsoff:

Say, Rey,

assuming you're in America, and you think the political movement know as "manifest destiny" occured here, why don't you just leave? I mean, the Natives - not to mention the gad damn Latinos - wants ALL the gringos out. so why don't you appease via leaving their land? that would make sense to me, for you.

...not to digress too much here....

Actually you're right: the land I built this house on was once inhabited by the Cherokees. Now they've got some casinos in North Carolina. Tell ya what I'll do... I'll give them this house and land if they'll give me an operational casino. Even Steven. I told ya, dude... I am not THAT hard to get along with. See? :wave2:

So this is what you want right?

The Saudi legal system prescribes capital punishment or corporal punishment, including amputations of hands and feet for certain crimes such as murder, robbery, rape.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saudi_Arabia#Law

But this also comes along with the Islamic law
The permission for a woman to go out of her house for work, is subject to other conditions. These include:

The woman should need to work in order to acquire money she needs.
The work should be in a place that is only for women, and there should be no interaction with non-mahram men, such as if she works in teaching girls, whether in administration or technical support.
The work should be suited to the woman's body physique and mentality.
It should not lead to her neglecting her household duties.
Her work should not lead to her travelling without a close male relative.
Women are allowed to work with their husbands' permission only.[11][12][13][14]
It is not considered permissible for women to be appointed as judges.[15] Positions of high public office is also reserved for me

Also this:
The reasons women are forbidden to drive in Saudi are declared to be:(quote):[20]

Driving a car involves uncovering the face which is considered obligatory for women to cover in Saudi.
Driving a car may lead women to go out of house more often.
Driving a car may lead women to have interaction with non-mahram males, i.e., they can be stopped by policemen at the scenes of traffic infractions.
Women driving cars may lead to overcrowding the streets and many young men may be deprived of the opportunity to drive. [21]
There are other decrees that have affected women's mobility in Saudi Arabia:

It is forbidden for women to ride bicycles and motorbikes.[22]
It is forbidden for women to be alone in a car with a non-mahram man.[23]
Segregated bus services are introduced

oh yes you also can not vote

The reasons women are forbidden to testify in proceedings are (quote):[27][28]

Women are much more emotional than men and will, as a result of their emotions, distort their testimony.
Women do not participate in public life, so they will not be capable of understanding what they observe.
Women are dominated completely by men, who by the grace of God are deemed superior; therefore, women will give testimony according to what the last man told them.
Women are forgetful, and their testimony cannot be considered reliable.
Then there is the whole segreation issue
Restaurants: Women are obliged to wear the veil in Saudi society; as a result, there were different restaurants for women till 2003, so that their faces were not exposed to non-mahram men. Recently, family restaurants were established in Saudi Arabia in which barriers were present to conceal women. Even though going to family restaurants remained foreign to the conservative Muslim society in Saudi Arabia, Muhammad Salih Al Munajjid declared it haraam for women to eat in family restaurants
And MANY MANY MORE http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women's_rights_in_Saudi_Arabia#Sex_segregation

As someone who spent 14 months in several middle east countries i can tellyou that their laws suck and they are way worse on their women.

you must take the good and the bad for the law not just pick what you want to follow.

give'em due process, then cut their peckers off. absolutely America has a WAY better system than MANY countries. I took a few law courses not long ago and I can tell you, as fucked up and complicated and decentralized/localized the law in America can be, it's still a far cry from most thrid-world's laws.

Thanks, for the info.

Well,
I guess, the only opinion is: The should be in jail (be sentencted) for life.

Thanks, for the info/tips. Maybe, I little bit too far / or whole alot. I really be angry, when I hear stories like this, it pisses me off. I think, about alot of crazy stuff happening to bad people. Sorry to everybody, if I said something to you, or offend you, or miscommunication. The things I said, were been frustrated, and just want to see justice for the girl and the girl's family. Like I said before, sorry if I got mad or angry, or said few things that didn't make sense to the buildings and everything else. I guess, it wouldn't be bad for them to be in jail, and they have to spend in jail rest of their lives, or executed them. No beheading and no buildings (push them off) blah!
