I think with the glove you'd still have the issue of 'bumping' and the unpleasantness associated with a ball-on-ball bump.
Ball-cro limits the bumping to one initial bump .. but, yes, then there would be continuous ball-on-ball contact. So a Ball Glove with Ball-cro on the outside would be perfect.
