I'm no Cassanova but around 30 or so. I can't believe that number either but it's the truth. there was a period when I went out and partied almost every weekend. I've been single a few years now and I'm just very lucky to meet beautiful women and hook up. Come to think of it I always met them on the dance floor. I find it appalling that people have dozens and dozens of sex partners, keep count, and tell all about it as if it's a personal curriculm vitae showing their sexual prowess.
Sex is enjoyable and is a natural human instinct, but TRYING to go out and "get fucked and sucked" just to get fucked and sucked with as many people as possible is reprehensible and VERY dangerous, IMO. It's Russian Roulette and shows a lack of capacity for true intimacy with another person, IMO. It also is indicative of selfishness, IMO.
The fewer the better when it comes to sex, unless porn is your profession. :2 cents:

Well I didn't intend on appalling anyone if you're reffering to me Nightfly. I simply answered a question and gave a bit more info. I was selfish at that time and had some guilt over some issues and maybe that's how I dealt with them but it happened and the past is the past. I do not post stuff like this to say "hey look at me".

It's not a matter of "you only live once," IMO. It's a matter of gross self-indulgence and irresponsibility, I feel. You can "be careful" about sex all you want, but condoms break, birth control pills sometimes fail, relationships crumble, people contract diseases, and marriages end because of this sort of self-indulgent, cavalier attitude towards sexuality and interpersonal relationships.

In the 20's for me.
I never thought I should be proud or ashamed of the number of women I've slept with.
In my younger years I wasn't interested in serious relationships and I would date often.
Eventually the relationship would turn sexual and for other reasons we would break up. Nothing to be ashamed of, it just took me while to find my soul mate.
I have been married now for 13 years and have been with the same woman ever since.
