How do you make a signiture?

So im new and have read all the foum rules and would like to make a signiture. Its just a picture and i understand about spamming. Again no words, just a picture. Where do i go to put one up?

I prefer imagevenue myself cause it always works. A lot of the others are kind of iffy.
