Hotel Pay Movies

I know most of you have been to a hotel where you can rent movies or adult movies at a hotel. Well, what caught my eye the other day while I was looking for a hotel for my ****** who is 18, found a hotel that has pay movies. I thought you had to be 21 to rent/order those movies? Am I missing something here?
