I saw it and had to try and find out who the woman was.
I'm fairly sure she's Russian, or at least Eastern European (I apologise if she isn't and I've misled you)
Don't have much more than that. It's one of those pictures I stumbled on out of context and a reverse google image search throws nothing up but a Russian website, which I can't translate nor actually find the picture on.
Any help is hugely appreciated
