I know this is a weird question but I need some feedback on this. So today I was walking around near the downtown mall looking around and this really hot girl was walking in my direction with her ****** and ******. She looked to be around 18 or 19 and was eating one of those huge suckers, the big circled colorful ones. Anyways she was licking it and made very strong eye contact with me. When I got up close and was about to walk past her she looked directly at me and slowly licked her upper lip with her tounge and smiled and kept on going. I turned around and looked at her but she just smiled and kept on walking. I wanted to approach her but her parents were right there. What does this mean? Should I have tried to talk to her, or was she just teasing me because she knew I couldn't with her parents there?
