The title lists her as "Miss Russia 2006", however, The video lists the date as 1993. There are some similarities between them, however I don't think that it's her (not to mention the dates don't really add up).
Lastly, when I looked up Miss Russia 2006 there was no evidence of any type of sexual scandal.
